Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please be aware that same day cancellations, missed appointments without notification, and tardiness cause others that have been on our waitlist for that day to miss out on the opportunity to receive a treatment. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, regardless of circumstance will be charged for the appointment.
